Might I add that the Oregon State Beavers are 2-0 in the Pac-10.

I know that the Huskies are the media favorite, but hey, Lucas is back and the Beavs are on a roll!

They haven't started 2-0 since 1993!

I am more impressed with their football team. No other PAC-10 team played four top ten (asssoc. press) teams during the year. Alhough they lost all four games, they were in every one. They lost to LSU in OT, lost to USC by one touchdown, Boise State by two scores, and Cal by one touch. Even though Steven Jackson went pro early (St. Louis Rams).

They had six players all conference. Watch for at least three of them in the pro draft.

But they beat all of the northwest teams, UofO, UofW, and WSU. First time since 1964. Go Beavs!
