Hey all, It's been awhile. December is always a crazy month, and this one was no different. I hope Santa remembered everybody. That is, everyone who were good this year. Well, it's playoff time for both the NFL and the NFFL. The Cliffhangers were victims of teams resting their players. In a final game against the #2 team in the league, Manning, James and Gates were all rested in their final game, resulting in a loss for the Cliffhangers. Thus, Keggies Frat Boys took first in the league by a half game. What a way to finish a season. I led the son of a gun all year, only to fade in the last two weeks. Second place money just don't seem right! I see the Seahawks squeaked out a division title. I suppose that it will be viewed as a successfull season for Holmgren. At least by the media. But I say that's bunk! Holmgren's sixth year resulted in another ho-hum team. I realise that the players have to be accountable as well, but please. Mental breakdowns all season and subpar special teams and defense will ensure that their playoff birth will end quickly. They have the Rams at home, and I don't expect them to win it. The team lacks any true veteran leadership. Now, that's not the coaches fault, but poor defense and special teams are. The media hasn't mentioned the special teams, but please. The Falcons returned every kickoff beyond their own 30 yard line. And although I admire Maurice Morris, he should not be returning kickoffs. I'd be embarrased to be a division champ and only have a 9-7 record. Green Bay is in the same boat, but they should be embarresed as well. If you can't win ten games, you should'nt be in the playoffs. That's my opinion. Until next time, see ya. Bomber
